Castlebay Update February 2014
The YMCA Bungalow has been removed. It will be replaced with a new bungalow closer to the fence. No trees will be removed. Before it can be installed, trenching must be completed for water and power. LAUSD is in the process of awarding bids for the new MPR construction. Construction may begin in February and last for 12 months. There will be a covered walkway to the new MPR; it will seat 413 people and provide indoor seating for lunch in inclement weather.
