At our August 10, 2016 meeting, outgoing Board Members Sue Hammarlund and David Balen were thanked for their service by Grace Lee representing Assemblymember Scott Wilk.
Official Board business could not be held because of a lack of quorum. However, Stakeholders and Board Members did hear updates from government representatives, and public comments were heard on non-agenda items.
The PRNC has scheduled a special meeting for Thursday, August 18, 2016 to complete some of the items agendized on August 10 including:
1. Approval of minutes from two prior meetings
2. Election of 2 new Board Members
3. Election of Treasurer 1
